All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock when you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order using the original payment method.
2. Domestic Shipping Only
Currently, Artizo Limited ships only within New Zealand. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. We will soon launch international shipping, so please stay tuned!
3. No Express Shipping
Artizo Limited does not offer express shipping options at this time. All orders are processed on the same day. Delivery within New Zealand takes 1-4 business days. We will notify you promptly if there are any delays in shipping your order.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on your order's weight, volume, and the chosen delivery method. To determine the cost of your order, add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
5. Delivery Instructions
You can provide special delivery instructions on our website's checkout page. Please note that we cannot guarantee the delivery service will follow these instructions, but we will do our best to convey your wishes to them.
6. Damaged Items in Transport
