Standard Returns:
We pride ourselves on our product quality and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, we're here to help.

  • Duration: You can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in a re-sellable state, and with their original packaging.

How to Return:

2. Please mention your invoice, sales or order number, and specify the reason for your return.

  • Costs: The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. However, get in touch, and we'll explore ways to reduce this expense for you.

Returns After 30 Days:
We understand that sometimes you might need more time to make a return.

Duration: If you wish to return your item(s) after 30 days, we're still here for you.
Condition: As with our standard returns, items must be unopened and in a new/re-sellable condition.
Restocking Fee: Returns after 30 days attract a restocking fee. This fee is a minimum of 20% of the item's price and can increase depending on how long after the 30-day window the return is made, the condition of the package and the product. The final fee is at the discretion of Artizo Limited.
